Terms of Use

Happy Homes helps authorized coordinators intake candidate profiles, review potential matches, exchange operational messages, release protected profile information, and record decisions. Happy Homes is not a public dating app, background-check service, legal advisor, counselor, or guarantee of marriage, compatibility, safety, or any relationship outcome.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Happy Homes.
• You may use the service only if you are invited or otherwise authorized for the role assigned to you.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is permitted where you live and where you operate.

• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not share access links, verification codes, or protected profile links except with their intended recipient.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account or invite link.
• Tell us or your coordinator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, lost credentials, or an incorrectly shared link.

Coordinators, owners, and other authorized participants who submit, edit, or upload information about another person are responsible for having appropriate permission to do so. Do not add candidate information, photos, notes, or contact details unless the person knows about the submission and the use is appropriate for the matchmaking workflow.

You agree not to use Happy Homes to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, defame, or discriminate against anyone.
• Upload false, misleading, non-consensual, unlawful, or invasive content.
• Share protected candidate information outside the intended workflow.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data, probe systems, or disrupt the service.
• Violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Happy Homes permission to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you provide.

Happy Homes relies on third-party infrastructure and communication providers, including hosting, database, authentication, email, security, and browser/device notification services. Their systems may affect delivery, availability, and processing locations.

Account holders may request deletion through the in-app account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we believe these Terms were violated, access is unauthorized, continued use creates risk, or the service changes. Some anonymized records, audit logs, and counterpart conversation history may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Happy Homes reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Happy Homes is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Homes and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use Happy Homes in the 12 months before the claim; if you paid nothing, the limit is USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only where permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the United States based operator of Happy Homes, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Venue and dispute procedures will be determined by applicable law or a separate written agreement between the parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, by providing an in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
