Happy Homes and participating coordinators do not conduct criminal-background checks or independently verify participant identities or profile statements. Treat profile information as unverified.
Before and During a Meeting
- Take time before sharing direct contact details or other sensitive information.
- Meet in a public place and tell a trusted person where you will be.
- Arrange your own transportation and leave if you feel uncomfortable.
- Never send money, financial details, passwords, or identity documents.
Report a Concern
Report inappropriate behavior, suspected misrepresentation, harassment, or another safety concern to the coordinator who introduced you or to the email address below. We may restrict access or take other appropriate action. If there is an immediate threat, contact local emergency services first.
